God's Gift to You

Do you know what God's gift to you is? It's His love wrapped up in Jesus. He sent His only Son into the world to teach us how to live and then to die on the cross to take away our sins. God doesn't like sin, the things we do wrong. There is no sin where He lives in heaven. To make it possible for us to live forever with Him, Jesus died on the cross for our sins. But He didn't stay dead. He rose from the grave, victorious over sin, death and Satan. Our life with God starts the moment we believe in Jesus as our Savior.

What is the best gift you can give back to God? It's your heart overflowing with love for Him so that it spills on the people close to us. That's how others will come to want God's love.

Think About It
Jesus gave all He had, His life for you. Will you give your life to Him? He will never leave you or forsake you. He hears your prayers and heals your hurts. He wants to be your Best Friend Forever (BFF).

Pray About It
Thank you, Father God, for your gift of love in Jesus. Help me to be more like Him. Teach me your ways and lead me along your paths. Amen.
